Project Management
PSG provides overall Project Management and serves as the owner representative to ensure cost, quality, and timely realization of project goals and objectives. We offer services through the entire project life cycle, from lease negotiation assistance through occupancy. Our service offering extends well beyond design and construction management. It includes furniture, security, signage, communications, food service, plantscaping and even artwork coordination and oversight.
PSG assigns senior leadership to each project, making certain that the project and client goals and objectives are met.
PSG Pricing Model
PSG's pricing model is unique to the industry and is not based on per square foot, hourly or managed cost percentages. We base our fee on the work to be performed and can be presented in a lump sum cost invoiced over the length of the project.
Web-based Project Collaboration
PSG provides web-based project collaboration as part of our standard PM service offering. We design our service delivery model, templates, documents, processes and procedures to be customized and modified to fit the needs of the client.
National Purchasing Program
PSG offers over 25 national purchasing contracts at no cost to our clients. These contracts, negotiated with over 25 major manufacturers and suppliers of construction and office furnishing and equipment, provides access to reduced product costs and/or expedited material lead times to benefit our clients.
