Kip Fleury
Vice President, Corporate Accounts

Kip Fleury is Vice President of Corporate Accounts and brings over 30 years of experience in project and construction management. He manages many of PSG’s largest clients, most notably, Lincoln Financial Advisors. Kip has been handling their nationwide project, construction, and relocation needs for over a decade. He has built a great team and keeps Lincoln’s projects running smoothly.

During his highly diverse career, Kip has managed projects for corporate, federal, institutional, and healthcare clients. His career includes managing the design and construction of highly complex facilities, ranging in size from 10,000 SF to 225,000 SF, including corporate headquarters, research, and development laboratories, computer rooms, telecommunications facilities, retail venues, cafeterias, conference centers, call centers, and clean rooms.

Aside from his expertise, Kip’s greatest strengths are his thoroughness, consistency, and dedication to client satisfaction. His attention to detail is unmatched.

At Syracuse University, Kip earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. Out of the office, he spends time with his family, volunteering for Special Olympics and following the Washington Capitals, his favorite hockey team.
