Albert Shotwell
Chief Financial Officer

Albert Shotwell (Al) is PSG’s Chief Financial Officer. Along with his CFO responsibilities, he provides Real Estate Consulting and Transaction Management to corporate clients, working with them on their portfolio and organizational strategies.

Al has a broad base of expertise in business management and economics including strategic and capital planning, real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, construction, development, and finance. He earned his Bachelor degree at State University of New York, Geneseo, and his MBA in Finance at the New York Institute of Technology.

Over his extensive career, Al has served as a corporate real estate executive at companies such as Staubach, Sprint, MCI, XO Communications, and ITT Corporation. While at Nextel, he grew their real estate portfolio from 600,000 square feet to over 8,000,000 square feet and launched 800 new retail stores.

One of Al’s greatest strengths is the broad level of experience in managing large portfolios, to individual projects and his comprehension of the needs and expectations of corporate clients.

Al enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and family. As an ex-lacrosse player himself, he closely follows college lacrosse season.
