PSG was established in 2002 to provide expertise in project and construction management together with a personal, streamlined level of communication. Our goal is to manage the details, find the trigger points, and provide cost-saving alternatives during the project process.

PSG provides management services and professional support to clients from real estate strategy consulting and transaction services, to design and construction, through turnover and operations to public and private sector clients.    

PSG, headquartered in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, has overseen more than 50 million square feet of new construction and renovation projects for commercial offices, base buildings, institutions, and mission critical facilities. Our full project management and integration services include relocation management, facilities management, and real estate transaction advisory services.
